Decorative Plumbing Distributors, Inc. (DPD), a family owned operation, is one of the most unique distributors in the country. DPD sells mid- to high-end plumbing product lines to plumbing wholesalers, kitchen and bath dealers, hardware stores, appliance stores and tile and cabinet shops that display and sell plumbing products. We do not sell to plumbers, contractors, designers, architects or end-users (homeowners) unless they meet our retail showroom requirements. We do not want to compete with our customers for the same business. This is a unique difference between other distributors and DPD. We train all our customer service reps to know the product lines we represent – hence not just be order takers but true customer service providers. They can answer questions that save our customers time and money. DPD can ship same day from one of our two warehouses (located in Northern or Southern California) that are heavily stocked with the most popular items being sold today.

The management staff at DPD has over 80 years of plumbing expertise. If you are one of our customers or if you purchase product from one of our customers, you can be assured that you have access to the most current product information. Our customers receive regular updates including new product announcements, specials, updated pricing, and industry news. We also offer training classes on the different product lines, as well as a “Plumbing 101” and “Plumbing 102” class to help new showroom salespeople learn terminology and product specifics, making them more knowledgeable to help their customers and earn the sale.
